I guide and support you through life transitions, burnout, creative blocks, purpose and alignment questions, personal healing and growth, and major changes in direction.
I HOLD YOU SAFE. I HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE. I HOLD YOU FREE.
My genius as a facilitator is most naturally revealed 1:1 when I can exclusively focus on and deeply tune in to my client’s field. As a mentor devoted to co-creation and care, I stand beside you as an ally, rather than over you as an expert. I show up as a guardian, a bridge and a guide for you to find your own answers and power. I partner with you as a companion who’s already been where you are, sharing my tools, expertise and experience gathered along 15 years on my personal journey.
ALL OF YOU IS WELCOME - THE SHADOW & THE LIGHT
My offering is alchemical; it will reveal your resources, your power, your wisdom. I guide and support you into having your own direct experiences - so you don't just believe me with your intellect, but you feel and know it in your body. This is the difference between philosopy and experience : metamorphosis.

“The exercises that you guided me through were incredibly powerful. Five sessions later, I felt much more equipped, much more ready, much more at peace. My self-esteem has improved.
Lots of things were unlocked through the process. The biggest change I've noticed is my usage of time - setting boundaries for myself, honoring my own time and in doing so honoring myself. Instead of getting frustrated with myself, I took my power back and made the necessary changes. That was a very powerful thing for me, making me calmer, generally happier, more patient and kinder with people around me. I sleep better and did notice a difference in my energy levels. It's had a profound influence.”
