About Me
My name is Iris. I am a mentor, therapist, facilitator and consultant based in South West Portugal, working internationally online and in person for individuals, groups and organisations.
MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
I was born in the French Alps and have travelled and lived in 33 countries and counting. I am a free spirit and explorer of worlds seen and unseen.
My entire life has been a quest for inner sovereignty, alignment and purpose. I have lived many lives in one as I believe that anything is possible and that the dreams and visions alive in our heart are a compass to our incarnation.
For the past 15 years, I have walked my own healing and spiritual paths - reclaiming my wholeness, truth and authentic expression through deep inner work around trauma, addiction and eating disorder, years of panic attacks, PTSD and a dark night of the soul. I have been through more deaths than one can count, an (ongoing) alchemical journey of my inner demons, descent and rising, followed my soul's yearning and consistently manifested my dreams. I have risen from the ashes of what I was not, found God within, activated my gifts, and remembered my innate greatness.
I am a born leader, a hyper creative artist and entrepreneur, and an autodidact. I am a student of many schools, both a gatherer and a disrupter - I make a home at crossroads and naturally erect bridges between worlds.
One of my gifts in this life is my Voice, which I explore as a singer-songwriter, sound practitioner, author, poet, mentor and speaker.
I have written an autobiographic novel, recorded two original music albums, co-directed short films, a documentary and various creative projects, hosted retreats, workshops and gatherings around the world, and built two companies from scratch over the last few years. I also am an activist for ancestral wisdom and First Nation people preservation, co-founder of Remember New Earth.

My Signature Approach
AS AN INTUITIVE MENTOR,
I stand beside you as an ally, rather than over you as an expert.
My mission is to partner with you as a trusted companion who's already been where you are, sharing my tools, skills and experience in order to empower you to become your own sovereign authority.
As a highly sensitive and intuitive being, I feel into you, tune into what's needed, what wants to be expressed, I reveal your potential and help you embody it in your life. Rather than telling you what to do, I empower you in finding your own inner resources.

OPENING TRANSFORMATIONAL PORTALS
The technology of portals has accompanied me throughout my life, first intuitively and then intentionally, to support my life cycles and processes, welcome certain energies, work with an intention, or simply surrender to Source. For example, I treat moon cycles, travels, relationships, seasons, retreats… as portals for self-actualisation.
This is the most important tool and wisdom I own. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without it.
By "portal" I mean: intentionally opening a sacred time-space container, infused with specific values, intentions and energies, where Divine forces are invited.
In my work, I use the technology of portals to hold, support and enhance the intention of my clients. Whether it’s in my 1:1 mentorships, in gatherings and shamanic journeys or in my group programs - my containers are always treated as portals.
If I learned one thing from both studying psychology and shamanism, it is the importance of a solid frame and containment in healing work.
Portals are a wonderful way to co-create with unseen forces and harness energy, and one of the most powerful things one can do to manifest anything. I have had incredible results with this signature method.
REVOLUTION & CARE
Being a 1/3 Projector in Human Design, with Sun, Moon & Venus in Cancer, Sagittarius rising and Jupiter in Virgo makes me a super devoted, hyper sensitive and intuitive being, and a revolutionary autodidact, seeking expansion and dedicated to mastery, integrity, service and truth.
My specific approach is to offer a super safe, trauma-informed, caring and devotional space for my clients where all parts are invited and treated as precious, while triggering deep alchemical work and connecting to quantum fields of possibilities.
➵ We witness your wounds and limitations with Love, and transcend them with confidence.
➵ We reconnect with your unique dreams and gifts, and manifest from a place of inner sovereignty.
➵ We revolutionise your individual reality with alignment and purpose, and this way we create a more harmonious world.
Sacredness Sovereignty Service
I believe that each of us has a unique Light, frequency and gift to offer the collective. My intention is for you to remember your greatness, reclaim your sovereignty and power, and reconnect with your gifts, dreams and vision, so together we can co-create a New Earth of harmony.
That’s the path I have been on for the past 15 years - I came a long way, gathering skills and pieces of wisdom on my journey, and here I stand today, ready to serve.
➵ The same way I have remembered and awakened my Light, I am here to help you reveal and activate yours.
SACREDNESS
When we experience existence as Sacred through rituals, ceremonies, gatherings, age-old practices and technologies, as well as the Sacredness and Magic of each moment, we reclaim our place in the stars and our belonging to the Web of Life.
➵ By recalling our Divine origin and interconnection with Earth, Cosmos and non-linear realms - we find peace and remember our Greatness.
SOVEREIGNTY
As we reclaim our power in the areas where we have been conditioned to give it away, as we retrieve awareness and strengthen our discernment - so do we rejoice in our Freedom and responsibility to create the life we yearn to live.
➵ We humans are conscious beings supposed to thrive as our own authority. My goal is to empower you to fully embody the Sovereign being that you are.
SERVICE
Each one of us has something valuable to offer to the Collective, a specific blueprint connected to our Highest Self - a special gift or skill, or simply our authentic presence. As many rays shining from the same Sun, we all connect in harmony in a bigger picture, yet are all unique.
➵ My desire is for you to recognize your own unique Light, nourish it and shine it bright onto the world, in Service to the Collective.

"She brings passion, curiosity and warmth to a beautiful conversation about how to support people in moments of shift. How to bridge a modern approach to human psychology, with the depth that lies at the base of traditional indigenous cultures and their ontology. Her method is eclectic and inclusive, placing the person at the center of a sacred, ceremonial container."
